How to place an order?

To order at www.charmerural.pt it is necessary that the user has an email account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the use of all the navigation conditions of the online store from Charmerural Ltd.

To place an order on www.charmerural.pt you must:
a) Create an account;
b) Select the products you wish to purchase;
c) Add the selected products to the Cart;
d) Finalize the purchase;
e) Select the payment option;
f) Review your order;
g) Proceed to payment;
h) You will receive an order confirmation by email;

Your order is only valid after payment has been made.
Keep, for future reference, the order confirmation that is sent to your email.

Is it possible to buy only by registering?

No, there is the “Guest Checkout” option that allows you to complete the purchase without registering an account on the site.
Registration, however, gives you the benefit of exclusive opportunities.

How to benefit from discounts?

When you register, you will benefit from a discount code to use on your first purchase.

If you choose to subscribe to our Newsletter and thus receive information about our news, new products and promotions, you will also get a discount coupon.

Throughout the year, Charmerural will also carry out some discount campaigns.

Is it possible to ship to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, the shipping address and billing address may not match.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination (delivery address), the weight of your order and when it will be delivered (deliveries on Saturdays, for example, have an added value).

Is it possible to ship orders abroad?

Charmerural sends orders to all European Union countries, except for the following territories: Island of Helgoland and territory of Busingen, Federal Republic of Germany, Ceuta, Canary Islands, Balearics and Melilla, Kingdom of Spain, Livigno, Campione d’ Italy and the national waters of Lake Lugano of the Italian Republic, the territories of the French Republic referred to in Article 349 and Article 355(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Monte Atos, of the Hellenic Republic and Aland Islands, Republic of Finland.

Charmerural is not responsible for restrictions on the entry of goods into certain territories, nor for the existence of customs limitations. Any amounts (fees, taxes, customs duties or others) inherent to the introduction for consumption, customs clearance or retention at customs in the country/territory, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and there are no indemnities and/or returns of any kind.

What payment methods are available?

Charmerural has different means of payment at your disposal. For your convenience, you can use the one that suits you best. We have the following payment methods: ATM, Paypal, MBWAY, Visa, Mastercard.

What is the order delivery time?

After confirmation of payment, orders will be shipped. Payment confirmation time will depend on the selected payment option.

We only process orders on working days, if you place an order on a Saturday, for example, it will be processed by us on the next working day and after payment confirmation.

We usually ship orders within 24 – 48 hours, however, in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days to ship the order, due to delays due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

Delivery time also depends on the location of the customer’s address.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. We deliver on Saturdays, in mainland Portugal, until 1 pm, upon payment of an additional delivery fee. Confirmation of payment for your order must reach us by 1 pm on Friday. What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are made on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays (only in mainland Portugal) from 9 am to 1 pm.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A code will be provided through which you can track the shipment of your order by consulting the website of our partner carrier.
