Vineyards planted in schist and loamy soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The main characteristic of the continental Mediterranean climate is the thermal amplitude that varies between hot days and cold nights during the ripening period of the grapes. Manual harvest in mid-September, skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation and aging in used oak barrels for 7 months. It is a white of extremes. Perfectly accompanies fatty fish. The suggestion is with a nice grilled turbot.
