António Saramago Superior White reveals a bright lemony color, with a tear of medium persistence. Aroma of grapefruit peel, lime, stone fruit, slightly herbaceous, light white pepper with some smoke from the toast to complement it. Grapefruit notes, toast, strong presence of white pepper, well-integrated wood, enhancing the volume in the aftertaste. Excellent persistence. Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats at 14º C. Aging for 7 months in new French oak barrels.
