Apelido Red Wine 2018

Vineyards planted in schist and loamy soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The main characteristic of the continental Mediterranean climate is the thermal amplitude that varies between hot days and cold nights during the ripening period of the grapes. Intense ruby ​​color, fruity with notes of black fruit and slight vegetable that give it a feeling of freshness. In the mouth it reveals texture, fine and silky tannins, fresh with a long and greedy finish. Manual harvest at the end of September, long maceration with stainless steel fermentation. Bottled 10 months after the harvest in order to maintain all its youthfulness.
