Vineyards planted in schist and loamy soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The main characteristic of the continental Mediterranean climate is the thermal amplitude that varies between hot days and cold nights during the ripening period of the grapes. Citrus color, complex aroma with citrus notes, white pulp fruit and excellent acidity. Live in the mouth, with pronounced acidity to prolong the tasting that ends well mineral. Manual harvest in mid-August, cold skin maceration for 24 hours, fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature at 14-16C. Indigenous yeasts.
