Produced from the Antão Vaz and Arinto varieties, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal state of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the cellar, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing. Then the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. It is then aged on fine lees for twelve months with regular bâtonnage. Fine aroma and a certain body, they are persistent and harmonious.
