Croft White Port is made from a blend of wines produced with white grapes grown mainly on the upper slopes of the Douro region. Among the varieties used are Arinto, Boal, Esgana Cão, Folgasão, Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato. The individual wines are aged in oak barrels for about three years, where they acquire softness and character. They are then blended to produce a rich white Port with a traditional smooth, full-bodied style. It has a rich and fragrant nose with aromas of ripe fruit and notes of honey and oak wood. Full-bodied, with a velvety mouth and a very tasty finish. Croft White Port is bottled for immediate consumption.
