This traditional Portuguese fruit has a high content of tannins, has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, purifying and astringent properties. Known for its application in the production of brandy, with it they prepare very tasty sweets and jams. This sweet was made in an artisanal and natural way, using only fruit of selected origin and sugar in small quantities.
