Structured wine, able to improve with the passage of time, fresh and aromatic, intense citrus color when young with slight greenish tones. Complex and distinct aroma. Total destemming of Arinto plots, skin maceration for 48 hours, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15º. 50% of the wine underwent alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of batonnage.
