Chestnut sausage

This is an adaptation of a Portuguese classic named ‘Farinheira’ (a smoked sausage made of flour, meat, wine and a variety of condiments, such as garlic and paprika) because it is made of DOP Marvão (Serra de S. Mamede – Portalegre) chestnut flour and chestnuts. Ideal for grilling and a real delight.
