Fig Jam

Figo jam uses Pingo de Mel figs in its production. They are fleshy and have the smallest seeds, resulting in a superb sweet. Goes well with any type of cheese, especially goat and sheep. A well spread toast with fig jam and lemongrass tea will delight you on a winter afternoon.
