Produced from the Assario variety, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Once the ideal maturation stage has been reached, the grapes are harvested and transported to the cellar, starting the technological process with total destemming, slight crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by aging on fine lees, with battonnage, lasting eight months. Foral de Évora White is a balanced wine with fruity aromas of intense pear and citrus with sweet notes of honey. Good volume in the mouth. The youthful notes stand out, characterized by fruity aromas and fresh flavors.
