The wine tradition in the Évora region dates back to time immemorial. The charter that D. Manuel I granted to the city in 1501 bears witness to this. Adega Cartuxa combines the flavor of history with the unique art of this wine, in an evocative edition of the Foral. This wine is produced from Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez varieties, aged in new French oak barrels. Very fruity, with great concentration and exuberance, typical of its youth. It was first produced in 2000.
