Gloria Reynolds is a complex white wine of great aromatic intensity from the Alentejo region. Emanating fragrances of ripe citrus fruits such as grapefruit, apricot and ripe peaches, it displays fragrances of spring flowers, along with notes of damp rock, balsamic aromas and an extraordinary acidity. Produced with white grapes from Antao Vaz, after the pressing process, the musts rested for 48 hours to clarify. Afterwards, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in French oak vats for a month. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where it remained for 8 months, in contact with fine lees, subjected weekly to regular stirring, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. It remained for another month, subjected to a constant temperature of 6ºC before being bottled. The wine matured for another 6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
