Julian Reynolds Red Grande Reserva has a dark red color with a black core and an aroma of wild berries and spices. In the mouth it is elegant but powerful, young and creamy tannins, lots of sweet fruit extract, beautiful minerality, very long lasting aftertaste. Great aging potential. Wine for all occasions, being an excellent complement to red meat, grilled fish and spicy food. It improves if opened and decanted 15 minutes before serving. It should be served at a temperature of 16º to 18º. Main focus on grape quality. Integrated production with several selective thinnings to reduce the yield up to 4,000kg/ha. Night harvest and separated by grape varieties. Fermentation of the berries, clean and by separate varieties and without crushing, in French oak vats Seguin Moreau, with controlled temperature and for a long period. Own yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in Seguin Moreau barrels by variety for 18 months. Minimal application of sulphites. Blending of grape varieties, bottling and aging of the wine in the bottle for 5 years, on the estate.
