Lamprey is an exquisite delicacy of traditional Portuguese cuisine with real legions of connoisseurs. Arroz de Lampreia( Lamprey Rice), Bordalese or stew, there are several ways to present it. Our suggestion goes to the Lamprey stuffed and smoked in olive oil, which can be served as a starter accompanied by thinly sliced bread, fried in olive oil.
