Maçanita Vinhos is a project of two brothers and two winemakers. Two-handed wines. Some wines, despite being produced together, are the preferences, quirks or visions of each of the brothers. Malvasia Fina is a variety that oxidizes easily, which has led to its disappearance in several regions. In this Malvasia Fina, that characteristic was embraced, in a wine that, instead of being protected from oxidation, the must was oxygenated, fermented in horizontal tanks and barrels, and kept in stage, without sulfur protection until bottling, entrusting the bâtonnagede smudges that function. It reveals a straw yellow color, presents in the aroma tea leaves, white plum and hints of sherry. In the mouth the entry is dense and creamy, ending with a deep minerality.
