Famous, original and exclusive, the white marmalade of Odivelas owes its name to the monastery where it was made, the monastery of Odivelas. White in color, this delicious marmalade was offered by the nuns bernardas in cubes to visitors to the monastery. The original recipe has survived to the present day, through a recipe booklet by the last nun of this monastery, thus allowing all of us to enjoy this delicacy. Seasonal product.
