In the mouth it is elegant, fine with a good balance between alcohol, sugar and acidity, which gives it the nerve and freshness of an aperitif and a long and pleasant finish. It should be served chilled before a meal. 50% with skin maceration and 50% without skin maceration, in closed stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 18°/20°C. Lot of wines with an average of 2 years. 90% in old wooden vats and 10% in stainless steel vats.
Serve as an aperitif, very chilled before a meal.
