Bright ruby color. Intense and young nose, with a fruity and distinctive character, reminiscent of wild cherries. In the mouth it is balanced, with intense fruit and a long and persistent finish. Drink it slightly chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature with a dessert. Noval Ruby is vinified by pumping over in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26°-28°C. It is bottled after a three-year aging in cask.
