Brick red color. Intense aroma, young with some complexity. In the mouth it is sweet, of medium structure, balanced and with a pleasant and persistent finish. It should be drunk slightly chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature to accompany a dessert. Vinification by pumping over in closed stainless steel vats, with temperature control at 26°-28°C. Aging for 3 to 4 years in old oak wood casks.
