Palpite Red ‘Reserva’ has a concentrated dark violet color with a concentrated aroma of red fruits; subtle notes of menthol with ripe fruit and round tannins. The aftertaste is intense and persistent. Vinification: The grapes are gently crushed and moved by gravity into stainless steel vats whose temperature is regulated for fermentation to take place at 27ºC with two pumping over a day. Fermentation is spontaneous. “Cuvaison” of 21 days.
Serve with game dishes or spiced red meats.
