Intense floral notes. On the palate it is structured, with pleasant freshness and minerality. Structured finish, fresh and mineral, smooth and elegant. It was fermented in stainless steel vats for a period of 21 days. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. 100% of the wine was aged in stainless steel vats, to preserve all the intensity of the fruit, with bâtonnage once a week for 3 months.
