It reveals a deep nose with notes of cherry, dark chocolate, black pepper, rock rose and earthy suggestions. Full mouth with excellent tension and surprising succulence. Long, chocolaty finish with earthy and vegetable notes always fresh. Vinification: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and mill with control temperature to 26°C. Post fermentation maceration. Malolactic in stainless steel vat.
