Quinta do Infantado Reserva Dona Margarida Port has notes of ripe fruit and also some dried fruit. In the mouth it is very balanced and with good structure. Harmonious and persistent finish. Fermentation in mill, threaded by foot. This is a hallmark of Quinta do Infantado and, along with the quality of the grapes, it is very important for the quality of these Port wines. Fermentation is longer and the Ports are drier at Quinta do Infantado. Reserva Dona Margarida is a 7 year old Tawny. The wine ages in old wooden barrels with a capacity of between 500 – 600 liters. The bottle must be in an upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably within 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it can form some natural sediment over time. Pour carefully so as not to cloud over. It should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º.
