In the mouth the wine is intense, creamy and with natural acidity always present. Careful management of the vegetation, to optimize the qualitative potential of the grapes, followed by an exhaustive selection of bunches in the cellar. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation for 21 days using only indigenous yeasts, followed by partial aging (30%) in second and third year French oak barrels. Batonage for 9 months until bottling.
