Organic white wine from the 2019 harvest, from Syria variety. A wine that intends to show all the purity, natural freshness and elegance of the variety. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in used French oak barrels on fine lees for 8 months. A wine full of character, which reveals, from the first contact, a fresh breath of grapefruit, lime and mint, well married with fine smoked notes. In tasting, it shows a lot of freshness, a lively acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the creamy and tasty side, which prolongs it in the mouth.
