Organic Rosé wine from the 2019 harvest, from the Mourisco variety, present in the oldest vineyards of Quinta da Biaia. A wine that aims to make the variety shine, showing its best: delicate wild fruit, flowers and stone fruits. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in French oak barrels for 8 months. Take onion skin, in color. Very fine aromas of red fruit, currants and raspberries, toffee, mint mint and flint. Delicate and voluminous flavor in harmony with a lively and refreshing acidity.
