Quinta da Laboeira Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine has a ruby color, a fresh aroma of wild berries, vegetable notes of green pepper and some leather showing an excellent nose. In the mouth it is an elegant, fresh and balanced wine with a mineral aroma and a fresh and long finish. Grapes harvested in mid-September. Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation in closed vats, with temperature control and aging in barrels. Aging for 4 months in used French oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.
