Deep ruby colored wine. On the nose, mineral aromas, jam and cassis dominate the whole, accompanied by soft notes of spice. In the mouth it is elegant but well structured and with great final persistence. The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard, are hand-picked and immediately transported to the winery. Upon arrival, the grapes are destemmed and subjected to a rigorous manual selection. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, and maceration is carried out by the pumping over process. After fermentation, during its aging period of about 15 months in used French oak half barrels, the wines are carefully accompanied and tasted to decide the best combination for the final batch.
