Extraordinary Douro wine. An organic red, revealing the best natural qualities of the Douro region. It has fine but full tannins, making it ideal to accompany game dishes such as wild boar, hare and rabbit. It is a very balanced wine, with a long and delicious finish. With mechanical crushing and partial destemming, fermentation takes place in a mill with mechanical treading. Yeasts always indigenous. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats for aging in new and used French oak vats and barrels.
