Bright Citrine colored wine with greenish tinges. Very fine and elegant aroma, it harmoniously combines delicate mineral notes with notes of green peppers. In the mouth it is delicate and full of vivacity, coming from magnificent fruit and perfect acidity.
It is balanced and has a very persistent finish, with notes of ripe fruit. During the vinification process there was careful management of the vegetation to optimize the aromatic potential of the grape. Manual harvest in a box and subsequent selection of the best bunches at the entrance to the cellar. Gentle pressing at low pressures, followed by static cold decanting for 4 days. Fermentation in cement vats with indigenous yeasts.
