Sharish Blue Magic Gin

The Gin Sharish gave rise to new surprising discoveries by António Cuco, such as the Blue Magic edition. Among its botanicals we can find strawberry, fresh raspberries, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon, angelica root, ginger, licorice, coriander seed and, of course, juniper. The star of this gin is a flower called Clitoria Ternatea, which gives the gin a blue tone. This gin has a “magic touch”, as when added to tonic water it will turn into a light pink.
