Touriga Nacional Letra A 2020 Red

Maçanita Vinhos is a project of two brothers and two winemakers looking to explore the terroir of the Douro. This is the first demarcated region in the world, created in 1756. However, there are so many and so different terrois and exhibitions in the Douro, which could be called Douros. That is why, between 1935 – 1947, a system of soil classes in the Douro was created, ranging from Letter A to Letter F. This is our Douro Letter A. It reveals a concentrated dark violet color with a concentrated aroma of red fruits; subtle notes of menthol with ripe fruit and round tannins. The aftertaste is intense and persistent.
