It has a very complex and wild aroma of herbs and flowers from the valley from which it comes. Pronounced color. In the mouth it is full, fresh and round with flavors of black fruits. Silky and soft tannins lead to a finish full of intensely flavorful charm. Vale do Tua is vinified in truncated conical vats, specially designed, made of stainless steel with a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The final blend was stabilized after an aging period of 12 months in new and second-year French oak barrels. This Tua Valley must be kept in a horizontal position at a temperature below 18ºC and beneed to be decanted before serving.
