Casal Santa Maria Malvasia DOC Colares Wine 2015

Wine made from pre-phylloxera vines of the Malvasia de Colares variety, planted sometime in the 19th century. Rich flavor with Atlantic notes, white fruit, almonds and honey, starting to develop evolved aromas of anise, tangerine jam and toasted pollen. With an elegant entry, the wine carries all the flavors of the Atlantic Ocean, crunchy acidity with a subtle hint of tangerine, ending with a long and intense aftertaste. Ideal for aperitif, cheeses and dessert dishes.
