The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming, are harvested manually in the old vines with more than 40 years existing in Quinta de Soalheiro. Citrus yellow in color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent, it has a full-bodied, fresh flavor with great gustatory complexity. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fish dishes or poultry dishes.
