The XXVI Talhas Tareco White 2020 has a citrine color. It reveals notes of tropical fruits, pineapple syrup and excellent minerality In the mouth it is dry, corresponding to what is found in the aroma. Balanced acidity and easy consumption. Vinification: manual harvest, in small-capacity containers. Total destemming and light crushing. It fermented with maceration and contact with the dough for two months in clay pots, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. It did not undergo any filtration or stabilization process.
